Marilyn Andre has held several senior leadership positions in training and education focusing on the aerospace industry. She was the Managing Director of Boeing Training and Professional Services Australia. She has operated as a qualified airline pilot with ratings on Airbus A319/A340 and Boeing 747 aircraft and holds training and educational qualifications.
Marilyn founded Skyclass Aviation, the largest classic airline in the world, a DC3 and DC4 operation. She held positions at Swinburne University of Technology, as a Flight Training Ground Instructor and as the Operations and Program Manager of RMIT University Flight Training School. Marilyn has also worked as a Director of Studies and Trainer in China, and in Rwanda.
Marilyn held the position of Director for Boeing Australia Holdings Board and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is an active council member of The Women in Aviation Australian Chapter and was previously a member of The Air Force Cadets National Council.

Dr. Catherine Ball is an author, founder, and ethics advocate working across global projects where robotics and new technology meet environmental protection.
A sought after voice in industry, Dr. Ball is now working with the application of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) aka drone technology across remote communities, schools, industry, and citizen scientists.
Dr. Ball’s biggest passion is found working on projects that have a humanitarian aspect, ranging from the use of RPAS for emergency response, to recording cultural heritage, and agricultural assessments.
Dr. Ball has travelled and worked globally on cutting edge projects that combine science, entrepreneurship, empowerment, education, and training.
Dr Ball holds a BSc (hons) in Environmental Protection and a PhD in Spatial Ecology and Statistics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.
Ashely Gordon co-founded Carillon Conference Management (CCM) with his brother and business partner, Jonathan, in 1985, after holding executive positions with Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation and Lend Lease Leisure.
CCM is now a professional conference management company based in Brisbane with representatives and alliances in key markets around the world.
Ashley has personally directed many of the 450 major conferences and events managed by CCM for a broad range of clients, from the association, corporate and government sectors.
No stranger to international business, Ashley has led numerous industry trade missions and promotional delegations, most notably into Asia, Latin America and Europe. Ashley brings top-level seniority and substantial skills in negotiation, diplomacy and international relations. He has served on numerous advisory boards and committees and is often called upon to advise all levels of Government on conference industry matters.
