Announcing Aerospace Institute Leadership Scholarships

Aerospace Institute is delighted to announce the launch of five 80% Scholarships valued at up to AUD9,600 each and five 50% valued at up to AUD6,000 each.

Applications for scholarships should be made for the November and December intake. 

 

Scholarships support the development of management professionals into higher level leadership roles.

The next intake for the BSB80215 Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership is staggered across November and December, 2019.

The scholarships are for the qualification BSB80215 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership.  The course is delivered with a mix of face-to-face (where possible) with  seminars and on-line activities.  It can be studied full-time over one year (2 units per term x 4 terms).

 

Entry requirements apply for the BSB80215 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership.  If you feel you do not qualify for entry, please continue to apply for a Scholarship as you may be considered for entry to a 'pathway' course under a different scholarship. Call us to discuss your circumstances. 

Course entry requirements are mandated by the Training Package, requires at least one the following conditions :

Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification in related fields of study and 3 years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise.

Have completed a Bachelor degree in related fields of study and 2 years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise.

Have five years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise.

In addition, students must be over 18 years and have Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills at least to a level of Year 12 schooling. The Institute may require evidence of LLN or request applicants to sit a short LLN assessment.

 

All Scholarship holders and full fee-paying students will receive one-on-one mentoring throughout the course.  Students and their mentors meet regularly throughout the year in workshops facilitated by Aerospace Institute where they set goals and develop valuable workplace skills. 

 

Selection for scholarships will be largely assessed on the applicant's passion for management and leadership and the likelihood that they will be a dedicated contributor to their Industry.
